GOOD TO KNOW
-
Threading is one of the oldest hair removal techniques in the world. It is believed to originate from the Middle East and Central Asia. The technique uses a special cotton thread to remove hairs from the root.
Threading is also suitable for sensitive skin.
-
Threading is gentler on the skin and removes hairs very precisely without causing excessive irritation.
Unlike waxing:
— it does not remove the top layer of the skin
— it causes less redness
— the result is cleaner and more detailed
— it is well suited for sensitive or delicate skinThe biggest advantage of threading is precision. It can remove even the finest and shortest hairs, allowing the brows to be shaped in a very detailed and symmetrical way. Waxing often removes a larger area at once, which can make the brow shape less precise.

Before your appointment, I recommend:
— avoiding self-tanning products
— avoiding strong sun exposure 24–48 hours before your appointment
— coming to your appointment without heavy makeup
— avoiding retinol, strong acids and exfoliating products around the brow area
— letting me know about any allergies or very sensitive skinThis helps us achieve the most beautiful and long-lasting result possible.
-
After your appointment, the skin may feel slightly sensitive or appear a little red — this is completely normal and usually fades quickly.
For the next 24 hours, I recommend avoiding:
— sun exposure. After threading, make sure to use sunscreen with SPF
— sauna and heavy sweating
— strong facial skincare products
— touching the brow area too much
— keeping the skin moisturised is recommendedThis helps the tint and the overall result last better.
-
Chemical tint usually lasts on the skin from a few days up to one week, and on the hairs for around 4–5 weeks, depending on your skin type, aftercare and daily products.
Longevity can be affected by:
— oily skin
— active skincare products
— sun exposure and exfoliating products
— daily makeup removal
